Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Policy

All bookings made through Travelaidnow are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. If you need to cancel a booking, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you throughout the process.

For refundable cancellations, an administrative fee will be charged in accordance with our posted fee schedule, in addition to any charges imposed by the airline, hotel, or other travel service provider.

Flight Cancellations

In accordance with airline policies, if a cancellation request is submitted within 4 hours of completing the booking, you may be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.

For certain US airlines, tickets must be booked at least one week before the scheduled departure date in order to qualify for a cancellation refund. Each airline maintains its own refund policies and procedures.

After we receive your cancellation request, we begin processing by sending an email confirmation that your request is in progress. The service fee applicable to the booking is non-refundable. Once the airline approves the refund request, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. The complete process may take up to 60-90 business days.

Hotel Cancellations

Hotel cancellation terms vary depending on the property, rate type, and time of booking. Key points to keep in mind:

  • During peak seasons or special events, cancellation policies may be more restrictive.
  • Any modification or cancellation is subject to availability and may incur charges from both Travelaidnow and the hotel.
  • No credits will be provided for unused room nights or early departures.
  • For extended stays, a new reservation at current rates must be made.
  • Refunds for early departures or no-shows are at the sole discretion of Travelaidnow and the hotel provider.

Service Fees

Our service fee is included in the total price quoted at the time of booking. The service fee is non-refundable regardless of any cancellation or changes made to the booking. Please review the final booking amount carefully before confirming your reservation.

For bookings made through our customer service team, a service fee ranging from $10 to $200 per passenger may apply depending on the complexity of the itinerary.
