Dispute Resolution
Under this Agreement, you agree that Travelaidnow will be permitted to resolve any dispute or claim that arises related to our services or Privacy Policy. If we are unable to resolve the matter within 60 days, you have the right to seek resolution through arbitration.
Travel Information
Travelaidnow provides information related to your itinerary, travel plans, and the applicable booking terms after a booking is completed. This includes details of the destination, packaged holidays, and flight schedules.
We share information provided to us by our third-party suppliers such as airlines, tour operators, and other service providers. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is completely accurate at all times. All services are subject to availability and prices may change without prior notice.
As a user of Travelaidnow, you are responsible for understanding all legal requirements for travel, including valid passports, destination-specific visas, health insurance documents, and any other required documentation.
Flight Booking Terms
When you book a flight through Travelaidnow, please review all applicable airline terms and conditions. Key points include:
- Airfare is guaranteed only after full payment has been received and tickets have been issued.
- Airlines may change fares at any time without prior notice to us.
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
- If your itinerary involves multiple airlines, the terms and conditions of each airline apply.
- For domestic flights, arrive at least 90 minutes before departure.
- For international flights, arrive at least 3 hours before departure.
Hotel Booking Terms
Hotel information displayed on Travelaidnow is provided by our supplier partners. We are not responsible for discrepancies resulting from outdated or inaccurate information from suppliers. Special requests such as room preferences are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Prepaid reservations are charged at the time of booking. Additional charges such as resort fees, parking, meals, and other incidentals may apply and will be collected by the hotel directly. We recommend confirming your booking with the hotel 48 hours before your scheduled check-in.
Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings made through Travelaidnow are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer care team. An administrative cancellation fee will apply as per our posted fee schedule, in addition to any charges imposed by the airline or hotel.
For certain airlines, if the cancellation request is made within 4 hours of booking, a full refund may be available. The refund process may take up to 60-90 days from the date we receive the cancellation request.
The service fee is included in the final price quoted. You are responsible for reviewing the total booking amount carefully before confirming.
Payment Terms
Credit card companies may charge an international transaction fee. The billing amount on your statement may differ from the amount shown on our payment page due to currency conversion rates. Full payment with a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. The billing address must be verifiable. By submitting payment, you authorize Travelaidnow and its authorized partners to charge the full booking amount to your card.
Intellectual Property
All content on travelaidnow.com, including software, design, graphics, layout, and published material, is owned by or licensed to Travelaidnow. Visitors are permitted to view content through a web browser. Any other use — including copying, selling, distributing, reposting, or modifying — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Travelaidnow acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel service providers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any supplier. Our total liability is limited to the charges you paid for the specific booking in question. All claims regarding our services must be raised within 6 months of the booking date.
